Nancy Addison’s updated second edition of her best-selling How to Be a Healthy Vegetarian is now available in paperback and Kindle on Amazon. It features more than a hundred healthy recipes that support vegetarian, vegan, raw, and gluten-free eating choices. At nearly 500 pages, this book offers a comprehensive, encyclopedic approach to nutrition, food, and cruelty-free dining.
It was an honor to work on the editing and interior design of this book with Nancy during 2015. But a big project like this takes a team! We also worked with designer Bev Garvin for the beautiful cover and the multi-talented Brette Sember for the index. Kytka Hilmar-Jezek provided promotional support for the Kindle release earlier this year and composed the book description for Amazon.
How to Be a Healthy Vegetarian is the third book I’ve worked on with Nancy in the past year, and I look forward to the next project! It is rewarding to work on books that can make a positive difference in people’s lives, whether that’s in the fields of leadership, personal finance, or nutrition. 2015 has been a great year here for helping authors achieve their visions, and I’m excited to see what 2016 will bring.
